Upstairs, custom art lighting will highlight the homeowner’s personal collection, with gold fixtures casting a warm glow to showcase each piece. It’s a subtle detail that adds a ton of character to the space.

Downstairs, the lodge is built for real ranch use — featuring open storage space for ATVs, exposed mechanical systems, and a fully functional layout that supports the living space above. Every element is intentional, blending practicality with custom design.

We’ve got League Electric on site installing fixtures, including barn lights, ceiling fans, and a custom antler chandelier that’s going in next. The details are what take this from a structure to a true gathering place.

One of the coolest features? The custom family brandings built right into the space — a nod to legacy, tradition, and time spent together on the ranch. With a private duck pond just steps away, this lodge isn’t just for hunting… it’s built for family, stories, and weekends that turn into memories.

We’re out in Rosebud, Texas showcasing one of our favorite projects—The Cottages.

Designed and built from the ground up, these cottages were created to give family and guests a warm, welcoming place to stay while visiting the ranch. With a thoughtful split layout, each side features its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living space—offering the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness.

One of our favorite features? The stunning stone fireplaces that anchor each space. The stone was sourced from Salado to perfectly match the historic church just next door—bringing a sense of continuity and story into the design.

As our interior designer Natalie Jenkins shares, the large windows throughout the home were intentionally designed to flood the space with natural light—creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere while seamlessly connecting the indoors with the beauty of the surrounding pasture.
