Ingredients
1 tsp. Olive Lane Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
1 tsp. Olive Lane Suyo Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar
½ tsp. Olive Lane Toasted Sesame Olive Oil
1 Cucumber (about 8 ounces)
¾ tsp Sea Salt
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp Chili powder
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
1. Rinse and cut the cucumber into coins.
2. Add the sea salt to the cucumber, stir gently, chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
3. Combine the garlic, Suyo Cucumber Vinegar, sugar, chili powder, Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil, and Sesame oil in a separate dish to mix well. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Drain the salt water from the cucumbers and add the dressing. Toss well.
5. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
