Brothers & Sisters of DC 14; In regard to the recent rumors that are being circulated: I am not retiring this June nor have I given my "blessing" for anyone to replace me as the Local 184 Representative. I remain an employee of the District Council and have been assigned to oversee our new Benefit Fund Office. That assignment was bestowed upon me due to my 20+ years of benefit related experience and holding the professional designation of a Certified Benefit Specialist. It is true that members will no longer see me "policing" our jurisdiction visiting jobsites. However, I am committed to servicing the DC 14 membership in every other capacity as I always have.
