Ricki did it AGAIN! Wow!

Everything totally gutted out of this bathroom, including the closet in order to make the bathroom larger. He tore down all the walls, flooring and ceiling to the studs and completely rebuilt the room. This required a lot of skill as it included all new plumbing, electrical wiring and drain pipes. Enforced with insulation, drywall, trim, painted, new exhaust fan, new shower, toilet, sink, hardware, lighting and door.

The transformation in this one has to be the most amazing so far! He installed Duravana flooring in Sagrada Oak 7 mm with pad. The bathroom is 6’x11’ and now has a washer/ dryer set up where the closet use to be located.

Here are two different bathroom updates that were done. The old grout was carefully removed and cleaned up. Afterwards, the marble and the tile bathrooms were regrouted.

Check out this completed bathroom remodel with before and after pictures included!

To begin this remodel, Ricki removed the sink, toilet, and flooring. He then moved on to widen the shower and installed mosaic tile along the shower walls. After that, he worked on the vinyl planking along with repainting the bathroom walls. Then, he updated all of the plugs and switches located in the bathroom. After finishing up with that, he installed new faucets for the sink and shower. To finish this project up, he installed the new toilet, vanity and shower doors.

All the material was picked out and bought by the customer.
