This Franklin renovation is ready to go with all the final touches. Walls completed with Ben Moore's Stonington Gray in a matte finish. Trim, doors and built-ins all sprayed with Super White satin finish. Stair treads and railings stained with Iron Earth followed by four coats of poly. Time to move in!!

With the warmer weather peeking around the corner, this sun porch is the perfect place to soak in some of those warm afternoon rays! Focusing on the simpler things in life, we used Benjamin Moore- Simply White for the trim, walls and ceiling in this Olde Wrentham Farmhouse. The Simply White paint color is a perfect way to balance the mix of pastoral, comfort and elegant living. 👍
