Current complete remodel in Southgate. Brick tudor style bungalow. Was previously a upper and lower unit 2 family. Horrible condition, but has so much potential! Our clients, a young family relocating from Indiana, purchased thru Tammy Kramer with River Oaks Realty of Southgate, to convert to single family, open concept with 2nd floor laundry. Project completion estimated end of May. Builder Open House to be held prior to homeowners move in.
