With good prep, you can spray a stain/sealer on your wood exteriors quickly. Sprayers are affordable and available at your local building store. Overspray can be easliy wiped off of most surfaces. A spray application on 3 sides of this building took less than an hour and just 3 gallons of product.

Many well intentioned DIY projects come to a standstill because the homeowner encounters unexpected problems. A project that was supposed to take a couple of weekends goes on for months and makes for a bathroom that can't be used for far longer than expected. The biggest complaint I hear from clients about in-home service providers is that they don't show up on time OR that they give a 4-hour or longer window for when a technician will show up, holding their day hostage. I pride myself on showing up on exactly when I am scheduled for. If I get delayed I am sure to let my clients know ahead of time so we can reschedule.
