WTS is an HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Family Owned contractor.
WTS is a company licensed Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Florida.
WTS offices out of our home in Moody, Tx.
Job Requirements-

A team player! & Self-starter!

Own transportation to and from office.

QuickBooks knowledge a must
(a test will be given)

Answering Phones.

Follow through with assignments and projects assigned.

Data entry.
Management of pricing from suppliers invoicing, job sheets. Working directly with venders on pricing issues.
Creating Purchase orders and entering acknowledgments.

Organize all job related processes to help keep job cost on track.

Filing- know where and how to file.
On computer and paper files.

Minimum Website builder knowledge- simple website updates

Organize and management of time a must.

Organization of team meetings, safety classes, company forums and communication with the team.

Working with cities on registration and permits.

Will be working directly with the owners and jobsite supervisors.
