Scope of work:
☑️ Demo master to studs
☑️ Install concrete board and floor tile
☑️ New double vanity, quartz counters & plumbing fixtures
☑️ Install LED recessed ceiling lights
☑️ New expanded shower in place of old tub/shower footprint
☑️ Reroute plumbing for his/her shower heads with handhelds
☑️ Eliminate window above tub, frame & finish out
☑️ Full height frameless shower glass with double saloon doors
☑️ Scrape ceiling popcorn, retexture & paint all
☑️ Hall bath tub to walk in shower conversion & 2 entire new hall bathrooms

Creating an elegant and functional master bathroom, tailored to our client’s unique style and vision, was such a pleasure! We love how it all came together!

Scope of work:
* Demo entire master bath, including wallpaper and popcorn ceiling
* Custom vanity, tower, and linen closet
* Quartz countertops with undermount sink
* New shower including raised showerhead height, niche in pony wall, large 24x48” tile, pebble shower pan, quartz pony cap, and frameless shower glass
* Move under slab drain and supply to accommodate new tub location
* New freestanding tub and tub filler with wall niche
* New plumbing fixtures
* New LED recessed ceiling lights, vanity lights, and GFCI outlets
* New flooring and baseboards
* Texture walls and ceiling
* Prime and paint
