Tonight's dinner:
Loaded baked chicken 🤤
Calling all baked potato lovers and cream cheese lovers!
If you love a loaded baked potato, you'll LOVE this chicken!

This is a KETO and LOW CARB friendly chicken that's a HIT in our house!

You'll need:
Thin sliced chicken breast
Block of cream cheese
Real bacon bits OR fresh bacon crumbled
Shredded cheese
Chives (optional, my kids won't eat em)

Season your chicken
Spread your desired amount of cream cheese onto each chicken breast.
Add crumbled bacon
Add shredded cheese
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes

(You can totally mix a ranch seasoning packet in with the cream cheese, however my kiddos don't like it that way)

I haven't posted in a while (Our family is moving to Florida so I apologize)
Here's tonight's dinner budget style!!
These grilled MINI kabobs cost under $11 to make! (ALDI STYLE)

Pack of boneless thin pork chops ($4.51)
1 pack of the tri colored bell peppers ($2.00)
1 sack of sweet onion (1.79)
1 container Bella mushroom (1.79)
Total cost: $10.09

Mind you these are mini kabobs so much smaller than your average one.
-cut up all veggies and meat into about one inch pieces (not too small but you dont want them too big so the veggies are nice and soft!
-Throw meat and veggies into a bowl. Season according to how YOU like to season (yes, veggies and all)
I add a little olive oil so it's not so dry when mixing all seasonings in
-build accordingly
-Throw on your grill
Low and slow is the way to go with these guys! Made OVER 20 kabobs for our family of 4. PLENTY! 😋😋

We were WRONG!! This was an absolute HIT in our house for our 7 and 5 year old 🙌

I get it.. were all sick of the normal oatmeal and cereal before work/dealing with our kiddos.
This breakfast sandwich has INSPIRED our family on a whole new level! (Aldi based)
1 pack of lovin' fresh English muffins: $1.65
1 dozen eggs: $1.29
Bag of spinnach/preferred greens: $1.45
Happy farms sliced cheese: $2.09
Deli sliced ham: $3.55
The entire total is $10.03 at Aldi and depending on family size, could be a healthy breakfast for days.
Substitute for gluten free, wheat, however you'd like!
Cheap and delicious!

It's the holidays, there's NOTHING better than seasoned, boneless chicken thighs on the mini grill. 😋
We don't have much, but we make it happen!! Costed us $10 to have this meal.
Boneless chicken thighs in Michigan at Aldi: $7.00 for 6 pieces. Seasoned with saźon and lemon pepper. Perfectly charred and covered in sweet baby rays at the end. 🤌🫶
