Got the first unit done lickity split, first house won't be so lucky, owell... 1inch drop from highest support beam in middle of house all the way to end of living room, about 250 sqft. So you know what that means!!! Fun in the sun with uzin 150 self leveler!!! ♥️♥️ Do it right or dont do it at all!!!

This one made for a long week... Started off by grinding down the old original hardwood subfloor to level/flatness(up to a qtr inch in some areas). Had to disinfect and killz about 600sq ft of it. 1000 SQ ft of qtrboard/underlay over top. Then we were finally about to lay the LVP. I wasn't to sure about black LVP, but after installing it, it turned out pretty good! Happy Saturday everyone!!!
