Is your wood freeze board starting to rot and paint flaking off? Are the woodpeckers putting holes in it? Let's pull that stuff off and put some PVC trim on. PVC trim comes white with a wood grain texture on it and it can be painted. It also will not rot and the woodpeckers will stay away from it.

It has been an absolute beautiful stretch of weather to work on this deck. The old wood deck boards were ripped off. I installed extra beams under the deck for more support and then installed the composite boards. This was the first time I had ever installed facia boards to the ground. Also, some wood trim was replaced with PVC. The woodpeckers won't be destroying that anymore.

A few simple updates to this bathroom. New flooring, vanity, light fixture, toilet, and skim coat the walls smooth. Also, make sure your toilet is sealed properly. Otherwise, you could have quite the water damage as this floor had.
