One of my favorite customers called me yesterday because she fell walking into her house and didn’t feel comfortable leaving the house afterwards. I was able to rig up a quick set of railings that make her feel confident about going in and out. She went up and down them at least five times and told me how happy she was every time. Best part of any job is always a happy customer.
