Another proposal accepted for a large bathroom reno in Langhorne.
Our achedule is booking up nicely.
It currently consists of a basement finishing project in Warminster (in progress), a large bathroom reno in Doylestown (starting tomorrow), a two car garage conversion into an inlaw suite in Churchville, followed by this bathroom reno in Langhorne.

More estimates are scheduled this week.
New website and lead tracking system is launched this week.
A new team is being assembled as well.
It has been a long and hard winter.
God has seen us through and I am grateful for his never ending mercy.

we are well on our way near the end of our first week at this project.

Basement waterproofing with a French drain and sump pump completed
Basement common area framed in
You stair stringers and treads installed
We have some minor framing left to finish tomorrow, and the electricians will be starting their phase on Monday

The metal facial work on this new build is horrendous.
It has more waves in it than the Atlantic Ocean

Nothing like coming out to a smashed wheel well panel on the utility body.
Now someone is going to pay for that panel replacement.....

our Parkwood closet to powder room conversion is completed
We demoed the old closet
Framed up a new structure consisting of a powder room and a new storage closet on the dining room side
We brought in waste, supply plumbing and electrical
New Drywall, finish trim, vinyl plank flooring and paint was installed and applied
The new fixtures consisting of a toilet, pedestal sink wall mirror towel bar paper holder and towel ring complete this project
We were here for a total of two weeks.
