Pro tile shower base and wall kit installed and watertight.
Bathroom ceiling and walls are sanded and primed.
Laticrete floor heat membrane installed and drying

Tomorrow we will replace the existing door, jams and trim with new in lieu of a barn door installation, as well as installing the floor heat wiring system, and thermostat.

Testing of the floor heat will be performed prior to tile installation.

First we installed white vinyl railings with black round balusters and LED solar caps on a new set of concrete steps in the Chalfont section of Northeast Philadelphia,
Then we did two stair sections in Foxchase, to help the homeowner become compliant for her homeowners insurance.
