First phase of concrete is in, next will be when we are ready for the pool. The reason for the red arrows are, although we trust the concrete will be done carefully, protecting easy to damage items like windows is important. We spent a little bit on OSB to cover the windows to ensure they stay safe and clean.

After we installed a new TPO roof and skylights, we initially installed manual opening skylights. The customer got tired real fast using a long stick over head to twist the loop for a few minutes just to open and close them. We picked up some nice automatic remote controlled skylights that close automatically when rain is detected. Day and night difference when it comes to the convenience. Something to consider if you have skylights or are buying them.

The Family Man crew is smashing this build. Jeff the lead on site using his extensive years of knowledge to keep the project moving. Concrete is coming in soon and the swimming pool will be put together soon as well.

The difference in picking a good product and bad product. If you tried to purchase anything from Home Depot or Lowe’s for this span, it would be twisted or warped. These details matter when you’re building a premium product.
