Our flight back to NY was cancelled last week from the epic blizzard, so we pivoted and visited France & Italy via Disney’s Epcot. Technology is amazing: 30 years ago, I was working at a drafting desk with paper and pencil, but now I can design anywhere, including with my family on the Ratatouille line at Epcot! Great ride BTW!
