It's been a hot minute since I posted anything, but what the pregnant wife wants the pregnant wife gets. Since it's 90 degrees outside, she requested soup 😑. So presented is a Ukrainain Borscht. The beets were julienned to give it a little heft.

First time making risotto and I gotta say, it turned out amazing.

Fun fact: You can't just use any rice for risotto. Gotta be arborio 💯

A little Mediterranean inspired Salmon for dinner! Kinda just threw anything I had in the fridge at it. The rice has a mixture of sauteed red peppers, onions, capers and kalamata olives. The green beans were baked and tossed in Greek Dressing and the Salmon was topped with a Dill Crema.

Pan Seared Salmon over Mediterranean Rice, served with a side of Greek Dressing Green Beans.

I probably crave Chinese food once a week and its incredibly easy to make at home. Just throw some meat and vegetables in a pan and serve it with some 🍚 and you're golden.

Teriyaki Chicken Stir-fry with a side of White Rice.

This beef stew is by far the best beef stew you will ever have. Pan-seared chuck roast, red wine, and braising for three hours = beef heaven. Even better when it's left to sit in the fridge over night.

After a three month hiatus, I am back doing what I love! Sometimes fun has to be put on the back burner. Now that I'm back at it, I wanted to post the literally steaming hot Meat Loaf filled with Cream Cheese and Sauteed Mushrooms and topped with homemade Marinara sauce.

When you buy a quarter 🐄, you gotta use it up before the next one! Grilled Ribeye topped with Butter and served with a side of Roasted Potatoes and Organic Rainbow Cauliflower tossed in a homemade Cheddar Cheese Sauce. No carbs and still delicious.

Made this Everything Bagel Season Salmon with a side of Delicata Squash over Israeli Couscous a couple weeks ago, and I just got around to giving this meal the respect it deserves. I usually pan sear my salmon first and then finish it off in the oven and the Delicata Squash was roasted and then tossed in a Mediterranean Hummus. For the Israeli couscous I added some blended Olive Oil and Herb Nuts and Lemon Zest into the mix and topped it all off with a Dill Sour Cream crema.
