Another small job wrapped up for a customer! They had a plumbing issue that was repaired, but it left a hole in the ceiling that needed patched. We repaired the drywall, matched the existing texture, and painted the entire ceiling to bring it back to life.

Fun fact: If you only paint the patched area, it will usually "flash" and stand out from the rest of the ceiling. By painting the entire ceiling, everything blends together seamlessly, and you can't even tell there was ever a problem.

Another project wrapped up last week for a customer.
They had experienced a plumbing issue and decided it was the perfect time to update the ceiling. We started by removing the existing ceiling tiles, then installed new drywall directly over the existing furring strips for a clean, modern look.
We also installed an access panel in the area where the plumbing is located, making it easy to access in the future should any repairs or leaks ever occur.
No shortcuts—just quality work built to last.

Here’s another basement remodel we completed a little while back for a customer.

This project included installing a new exterior door, framing in a column and soffit, filling the joist bays with 2x10s to help prevent critters from entering, correcting framing issues, hanging, finishing, painting, and applying a Level 5 finish to the existing ceiling. The original ceiling had never been properly sanded before being painted, so we went back through and gave it the smooth finish it should have had from the start.

We also took care of a few additional details along the way to help bring everything together and make sure the finished product looked right.

Customer is having a friend handle the flooring and trim work, but we’re proud of how this project turned out overall. Clean, smooth finish and a huge transformation from where it started.

Quality work always speaks for itself.

Another bathroom drywall job finished.
This homeowner had someone say they could handle the drywall work. Unfortunately, it wasn’t done correctly. Even after sanding and scraping, the issues were still there.

When I got there, I had to remove failing tape, pull corner beads, and redo the work the proper way. This happens more often than people realize, and it’s frustrating seeing homeowners lose time and money on work that should have been done right the first time.

The last two photos are from before I started, and they don’t even show how bad some of it really was.

Moral of the story:
Quality work costs what it costs for a reason.
Don’t short yourself just because a price sounds good.

If you want drywall done right the first time, reach out before it turns into a repair job.
