Ever tried to unlock your car in freezing weather, only to find the lock completely frozen shut? Here are some quick fixes to get you back inside fast!
Hand Sanitizer Trick – Just rub a few drops of hand sanitizer on your key and insert it into the lock. The alcohol melts ice almost instantly!
DIY Lock De-Icer – Mix 1 part isopropyl alcohol with 1 part water, keep it in a spray bottle, and spritz on frozen locks to melt the ice fast.
Prevent Freezing Overnight – Cover your keyhole with a small piece of duct tape before bad weather hits to keep moisture out!
Candle Wax Hack – Rub a little candle wax or WD-40 inside the keyhole to prevent it from freezing in the first place!
Don’t let frozen locks slow you down this winter! ❄️🔑

We are heartbroken over the recent attacks on our law enforcement family. We stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Polk County following the senseless shooting of two Polk County Sheriff's Office Deputies who remain in the hospital, and we send our thoughts and prayers to Charlotte in the wake of the tragic shooting there today.

Every day, officers risk their lives for the safety of our communities, and we must never forget their bravery and sacrifice.
