For our customers purchasing bulk products from in the yard(i.e. rock/stone/mulch/sand or topsoil):
Unless you have a valid business account with us, you'll need to provide your driver's license/state ID for all scale item purchases.
This is a State Public Weighmaster requirement that allows us to populate your information onto your receipt(which is also your scale ticket that shows your purchased product, weight, price per weight, total price & tax).
To purchase material from our yard:
✓ pull your vehicle onto our scale(up to the window at the side of the building, facing Sherman Street) so that we can get your empty weight 🛻⚖️🚛
✓ wait for the "thumbs up" signal 👍
✓ after getting the thumbs up, pull off the scale & go to the product you'd like purchase
✓ once there, tell our loader what you'd like to get & the amount 🗣️
✓ after being loaded, proceed back to the scale to be weighed heavy ⚖️
✓ wait for the thumbs up signal 👍
✓ after getting the thumbs up, pull off the scale, park your vehicle(out in our lot; away from the scale area) & come inside the showroom to pay/get your receipt 🧾
If you plan to purchase multiple items, you must inform the scale attendant prior to going into the yard & then get weighed individually before/after each selection.
Please note:
When hand-loading your own stone, do not climb on the piles or bin blocks & be mindful of our loader/dump trucks & forklifts, as this is an active materials loading zone/area.
