B.E.A.UTIFUL deck refresh completed in Fords Colony!

Here is a breakdown of all we did:
- Stripped the deck down to bare framing
- Put new butyl tape over tops of all joists
- Built custom access door for under the deck storage
- installed all new Wolf PVC deck boards and deck board railings with black aluminum balusters
- installed matching PVC boards over all fascia and stringers
- replaced all wood lattice with vinyl

Lifetime warranty on all the Wolf Products

CUSTOMER LOVES IT! 😍 And so do we! The crew really "put their foot in it" if you know what I mean haha.

A couple more showers remodeled at the Senior Charter Living Facility in Williamsburg, VA. Seems every shower is missing concrete underneath it, which eventually causes it to crack since there is just loose dirt supporting the shower pan! If we can work on a commercial application like this, we can certainly handle the shower in your house!

Our owner Chad was team leader on a project during Habitat for Humanity's Home Repair Blitz 2026. What was initially supposed to be minor repairs and painting turned into a full scale porch replacement due to severely rotted joists. Had lots of great help from the Habitat staff and volunteers.

Looks like Chad is going to win employee of the year for a 6th time in a row 🤣.

Customer wanted a barrier between the screened porch above and the unscreened space below to keep insects out. We added screen and trim to the underside of the joists which should make the upper portion bug-free!

Customer wanted this door replaced due to rotting wood, and wanted to go with a different glass style. (customer has their own handle set they wanted to put on in their own time)
