Fun 100+ year old house turned into two apartments. Front entrance wasn’t even attached anymore to foundation. Everything was rotted away. Gutted completely. Reframed front of house and reframed bathroom for new layout. New door and window. Reused old siding but added stone to spruce up front entrance.

Window sill rotten including plywood and framing. Replaced all and replaced front door and trim. Quick job.

Custom cabinets. Custom laundry shoot into cabinet. Built base for washer and dryer WTH pull out drawers. 42” cabinets with crown molding. Butcher block top stained with all new stained trim. Tile floor to finish.

Backsplash and new recessed lighting throughout kitchen.
