One of our favorite jobs is removing a sliding door and installing a sectional one. The house sunk 6” on the left side as you can see looking at the door. This is an actual carriage house in Leetonia. 186 years old! The owners lived upstairs and built carriages down below.

One of the things we love to is to custom fit our doors.
The first picture is what the homeowner put up with for 25 years.
This was a contractor and garage door company oversight.
The other pictures show our custom work. The customer was more thrilled with how they fit than getting new doors. We also took down the unsightly openers and installed lifetime warranty side mount openers.

We give discounts.
To who you ask?
Seniors, veterans, military, contractors, realtors, family (of course).
To my networking group, who refers more business than all contractors combined.
I don’t believe in negotiating my already fair price. However, there are exceptions to every rule. Like the call I received this afternoon. The person needed our services but couldn’t afford the price. So we negotiated.
I gained a customer for life. We also donate a door and a couple opener’s every year. Because if we’ve been blessed, we should bless others that aren’t as fortunate.

*1-6’ wide x 4’ high insulated flush black. Great counter door for a restaurant, baseball field, or pool house. New.

*1-9’ wide x 8’ high insulated dark oak
With designer windows. Like new, 2 years old.

*1-16’ wide x 7’ high carriage house almond (R 17). With double insulated designer windows. 2” thick, and high cycle springs.
5 years old.
