This customer had complaints that when his patio travertine got wet, his kids would slip and fall all the time.
We stripped any old remnants of the old sealer, applied a new coat of sealer with a non-slip additive embedding into the sealer. Check out the repelling water on this newly sealed travertine!
This patio is now protected for more years to come, without slipping and sliding!

Check out this Travertine pool deck.
This pool deck was never sealed. So algae, dirt, and debris filled all the pits in this stone.
Once we cleaned and sanitized this whole deck, we applied a mixure of both a penetrating sealer and a topical sealer. Reducing the shien, while aslo making the natural colors "pop" and stand out. This sealer turned these stones into water repellant, and protects the brittle stone for lobgetivity.

These paver stones haven't been cleaned in years! This homeowner wanted just a cleaning at first, but once I told them how we can restore them to look good as new, they bit!
1st, they were cleaned and sanitized.
2nd, all the old sand was blasted out of the joints.
3rd, new concrete based polymeric sand was pushed into all the joints, follwed by a mist of water to activate the hardening to lock them in.
Finally, we applied our penetrating water based sealer. Giving it a nice wet look compared to the old faded look it had. Now, water beads and rolls right down, compared to just being soaked in and pooling.
