It feels great when your customers have nothing but good to say about you,and they actually honestly appreciate the work you do for them.Getting texts like thus makes working my butt off in this heat worth every minute,see for me it is about making a honest living and taking care of my family,but Moreso its about doing a great job and not leaving a house until I know for a fact the customer will have no complaints. This is how you keep long term customers and how you dont have to advertise at all because they will do it for you..
