It's always rewarding to hear from a happy client that just completed construction on the new house you designed for them. This marks my first permitted and completed build in Arizona, and I never set foot on the property.

This home was created exactly for the scenario described above. Once an abandoned parking lot for the model home neighborhood adjacent, it now boasts one of the best looking homes in the neighborhood. Woodland, CA.

2018: 60 new client contacts made. 56 proposals written. 42 new design projects initiated. 28 permits issued. Countless new memories some great, some good. I've grown relationships with clients and met new builders and contractors that I can now call friends. 2018 was a very busy year and 2019 shows no sign of slowing down. I've started learning new design software and looking forward to continuing to learn more. I am looking forward to what the new year holds for business development and new designs and client connections.

We feel for any of those neighbors that have been displaced by the in Butte County. Having recently experienced the in Yuba County last October, I understand a small bit of what it is to loose a home. I have helped homeowners to begin the rebuilding process through the design of new homes this past year.

I would like to extend an offer of services to anyone that finds themselves in this unfortunate position now because of the fires.

I have a hand-full of houseplans that have been recently submitted and approved by local building departments that may fit the need to start the process. Garage structures and storage building plans are also available.
I also have hundreds of other plans that may work for the house design needed to start again.
New custom homes to fit the family needs are a good path also.


Other homeowners who lost houses have also started with new houseplan configurations and layout. This is a great opportunity to take a tragic loss and turn it into something positive. A client recently told me "I will finally have the kitchen of my dreams, even though it took a tragedy to get it".

Please reach out and let us know if you or someone that you know needs to start the rebuilding process by obtaining houseplans for submittal to the building departments. I have a good working relationship with the staff at Butte County Building Department.
