See it. Touch it. Open and close it. Then decide.

Months before this Pella slider showed up on site, we met our client at Builders FirstSource to walk through it together. That’s the biggest ticket item on this project. We weren’t going to let her figure that out alone.

She opened it, closed it, felt it. We made sure it was the right door. By the time it landed yesterday, there was nothing to second-guess.

What happens when you can’t get the brick anymore?

We knew going into this project that the existing brick was discontinued. You can’t order it. You can’t match it. So before we ever touched that wall, we brought in the right mason to cut every single brick out clean so we could reuse it in the new opening.

And when we were all done, that door now looks like it’s always been there.

We were halfway done when we decided to blow out an entire wall.

Worth it.

Two large format sliders now open Rose Creek’s living space straight out to the patio. And on that patio, Phantom Screens drop down from a hidden ceiling box we built to match the existing material perfectly. They’re motorized. They’re invisible until you need them. One of the coolest party tricks in the book. And honestly, it’s become one of our favorite things to do on a back patio.

This one is all about making room for what actually fits.

In the primary bathroom, we’re removing the bulky cabinetry and reworking the layout to bring in more clarity, better storage, and a little more calm. Just simple changes that make the space feel more natural to live in.

And in the closet, we’re taking a layout that no longer makes sense and turning it into something far more useful for our clients. His side will still be a great size.

And hers? Let’s just say she’s getting the closet she deserves.

Right before a home is lived in, there’s a kind of stillness.
Everything is in place. Clean and quiet.

This is that moment.

The kitchen is ready for slow mornings and everyday evenings. It’s the kind of space people naturally gather in. And just beyond it, the primary bath stays quiet and tucked away. A place to begin and end the day, set apart from the rest of the house.

It’s all been designed and built. Now it gets to be lived in. We’re incredibly happy for the clients of ours who get to call it home.

Remodeling rarely looks calm in the middle of it.

It’s a good feeling when a client calls you back.

Not for something small.
But for the next big step.

This is the third project we’ve done in this home in the last four years. Each one building on the last. Each one part of a bigger plan.

And now we’re finally starting the remodel we’ve been talking about since the beginning.

That kind of trust is built over time. Through conversations. Through showing up. Through doing what you say you’ll do.

When they were ready to take this step, they already knew who they were calling.

A quiet kind of full circle.

Four years ago, this was one of the first contracts we ever signed. An entryway with custom paneling that set the tone for everything that followed. Then the upstairs. And now, the heart of the home.

There is something meaningful about being invited back. Not once, but again and again. It says trust. It says we did it right the first time.

This English style classic has always felt special to us. We knew from the beginning the kitchen would be the big one. The space that would change how the whole house lives.

Old slate is coming out. Warm wood floors will run through. Arches will be reframed with intention. The kitchen will be reimagined so it finally feels as beautiful as the rest of the home.

It is dusty right now. Demo always is.

But underneath it, you can feel what it is becoming. A forever home that reflects the family who has grown here. Lots more to come!

This project took an unexpected turn, and it led us to just the right place.

We were fully planned for a remodel in Piedmont when the homeowners came across this house in Bush Hills. After one walk through, it was clear the direction had changed.

The layout is open in a way you don’t see often. Long spans. Room to gather, cook, and live without feeling crowded or overdesigned.

We’re working closely with the homeowners and designer Lauren Horton to make sure the space fits the family, not just the floor plan. Thoughtful decisions from the start, with care behind every one.
