We are crazy for cucurbits! Cucurbits include squash, zucchini, cucumbers, melons, and gourds! All of which we love. This year we decided to plant what we eat the most and here is our first baby harvest as well as some on-the-plant photos! I'll make a summer chili tonight with all these cucurbits and since I picked them young, the plants will produce more and more of them!

There is over 8 pounds of cauliflower in this photo, our biggest single harvest of it so far! I hear people complain about growing cauliflower but we had great success and cant wait to plant it again!
