"[Service, Timeliness, Price, Technician] In a world where customer service and work ethic seems to have been lost. I was so blown away by Viking Air. Called and was greeted with a smile I could hear over the phone! Clara was patient helpful and made magic happen on a booked schedule to get my family taken care of as a “last run” for the day. She trouble shot my perceived guess as to what was wrong over the phone and text. Sent updates and a link so I’d know when they would be coming. That allowed me to be work the majority of the day. Alfredo, showed up went straight to trouble shooting and when he realized it was going to cost for parts and labor. He briefed me and then went over and above to see if my A/C was registered for a possible warranted replacement on multiple parts. Then he called the the company, verified the warrantee. Asked them to search if the parts where in town. Did he stop there no! Had them call and hold the parts. I thought ok 4ish he is going to say I will go tomorrow get the parts and we can work a return visit. Nope he said. “I have until 5, how about I go get the parts so you will have cool air tonight! Wait!? What!? Yep, took off came back and got me up and running, Clara followed up that evening AFTER working hours to see if things were ok. Ok I can go on but really this is the best I have been treated by a company in a long long time. Customer service, prompt response , knowledgeable staff, work ethic. I’m not a Vikings fan I am a Raiders Fan and my wife is a Packers fan. So I just pretend Viking Air comes to earn their way into Valhalla! Try them! They won’t fail to meet or exceed your needs!"
