I want to take the time to say thank you to each and every person who placed an order with me this Christmas....and all year. I am grateful that you allowed me to create something unique, personalized, and beautiful for you or one of your loved ones....or coworkers.

I hope that everyone loved their Christmas gifts this year! Again, I truly appreciate you all.

Happy Tuesday.

Well, my son's birthday was this month, so my granddaughter and I worked together on a project for him. She chose the picture and changed the colors to her liking, and we made something beautiful for him. She was so proud.

I forgot to take good pictures of it before she gave it to him, but his gf took these for me, with the glass out of the shadowbox, and I took some of them together.

This was my (our) first attempt at a mandela shadowbox. I am addicted now! Can't wait to do many more.

So how is your Monday going?

Well, my husband and I went to visit his daughters and grandkids last week, and his oldest granddaughter has gotten really good at crocheting (one of my passions). Her mom told me that she crocheted cozies for coffee mugs. I was like, What???!! I had never seen them before, so she showed me a link.

What did I do? Yep, I made one myself. I needed weighted yarn, but I used spare yarn that I already had, just to see if I could do it. Now I'm hooked and will be doing all kinds of styles of them.
