Customer was tired of her old cast iron tub and outdated tile so I replaced it all with a new acrylic shower tray and new wavy subway style tile for the walls and new 12x12 porcelain for the flooring.

I disconnected and saved the vanity with countertop so I could re-install it after cleaning it up a bit.
Toilet fl**ge had a crack so I replaced that too while I was there before putting the toilet back in but never took pics of the toilet back in.

Zero entry with heating flooring accomplished.
This one was a project.
Starting by cutting down the joists in the shower then adding new necessary support to all the framing by sistering new joists and support nailers.
The outside floor needed some leveler so I could get a slight pitch into the shower area being there is only a stationary panel on one side and no door.
I then closed up any gaps in the shower area and set my dry mud pack so everything had proper pitch and stayed flush with the main floor.
Next came schluter ditra heat throughout the entire floor and shower floor.
The shower was then covered with all schluter kerdi fabric and properly banded.
The tile is as you see, emerald green subway style tile in a 1/3 offset run vertically on the walls... pain in the butt.
12x24 flooring tile that changes to a penny tile shower floor.
Getting the tiles to line up was a challenge but I believe it came out pretty clean.

Was contracted for just the tile work and prep so unfortunately no pics of glass or shower fixtures.

Knocked out this Shower stall in between all the storms we've been having.
Shower was originally 12x12 beige porcelain with a single corner dish and an "L" shaped half wall with a small opening to get in and out. (I know, no before pics. My mind always goes to "ok time to get this done" and I forget to take them)
Half wall was completely removed and i made the shower slightly bigger and re-framed the knee wall where it sits now.
My normal shower prep as pictured. Dry pack, kerdi, go board.

Wall Tile is 12x24 Happy Floors Tile (Very nice to work with and looks clean)
Shower floor is 3x3 hex also Happy Floor tile
Custom built shower niche
All tile trimmed with schluter metal edging to match fixtures.

This was multiple closets converted into a personal bathroom for clients daughter.
Thank you The Designery of North Raleigh for another project that I think turned out great.

I was contracted for Tile prep and Tile work only on this one.
Floor needed quite a bit of leveling but we got it where it needed to be after priming the floor, throwing down some lathe and pouring self leveler over the entirety of the floor.
My normal shower prep as always, go board walls, dry pack shower base with a bonded kerdi fabric Waterproofing top.

24 hour flood test
Passed Raleigh inspection if curious.

Beautiful 12x24 MSI tile on floor and walls with the shower having a custom built niche all trimmed out with black schluter edging to match the shower fixtures.

Shower floor is basket weave mosaic sheet tile which I think fits this shower nicely.

Finished photos of the master bathroom I completed just before Thanksgiving.
Removed a dividing 2x6 wall and replaced with a knee wall, opening up the area between the shower and tub.
Converted 2 wall mounted vanity lights and added 2 pendants and a chandelier.
Added a Bluetooth speaker and multicolored exhaust fan.
Added a line for a bidet toilet and installed that.
Had the tub refinished and replaced tub fixtures
Installed a new 2 sink vanity replacing the single
Had a muralist paint the vanity wall.
Installed large 2ft x 4ft tiles on floor and walls with new shower fixtures.

The shower glass was unfortunately delayed because of choice and holiday backup and now snow but will hopefully be installed Wednesday and i can upload that as well.

Laundry Room with new tiled floor.
Room had a flood at one point so the entire sub-floor needed to be replaced along with the joists needing to be planed down. Got it back to flat. Installed new 3/4 sub-floor with ditra underlayment then tiled with these very nice 9x9 porcelain hand painted tiles
