Being a small business owner comes with its ups and downs. Sure there are definitely perks but most times it feels like stress, pressure, sleepless nights, racing thoughts, scheduling issues, meetings and estimates, late nights and early mornings, countless trips to Home Depot or Lowes and the most recent wrinkle, supply chain issues. Sometimes it’s simply overwhelming and I feel like I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I try to just keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep the wheels as greased as possible.

I’m sure at times I’m so caught up in the grind that I’m not the most pleasant boss but I try to be the best I can on a daily basis and let my team of guys know how valued they are and how much I appreciate their work helping me accomplish the goal of putting out the best product we possibly can.

Then comes the end of the project, where we can stand back and be proud of what we have accomplished as a unit and really see where all the planning and hard work got us. There is honestly no better feeling then a satisfied customer from a completely transformed space and knowing that we went the extra mile to make it happen. Thank you so much Mike Streahle, Mike Po***ck, Mickey Hurley, and Scott Rudderow for all that you do and have done for Rudderow construction! I appreciate you helping me run this business and contributing our success. On to the next one.

I’ve been seriously slacking on posting the jobs that we’ve been knocking out in the last year. I think I’m going to be photo bombing Our Facebook business page for the next few weeks to catch up, so our future customers have a place to see what we can accomplish if given the opportunity. Little bathroom job we did for a great customer of ours.

I other one 99.99% complete! Waiting on a piece of granite for the shower curb but this one is a stunning transformation...

Waiting on a piece of granite for the shower curb but this one is a stunning transformation complete with Kohler Real Rain Shower Head, Ditra heat heated floors, dimable under vanity lighting and a lot of hard work from the crew! Full bathroom remodel and bedroom ceiling re-drywall and paint job after they had a pipe burst. This was done for my 8th grade teacher Mrs. Friel and her husband Paul. What a pleasure it was working here. I’m sure Mrs. Friel enjoyed rubbing in my face that you do in fact need math in your everyday life. I’m sure I said “I’ll never need this” a time or two.
