The apartments consist of a living room combined with a kitchen and a dining room, a spacious master zone, consisting of a bedroom, a wardrobe, and a bathroom; guest bedroom, nursery, and technical rooms.

The task of the project was to turn a space of 35.3 m2 into a cozy home for the comfortable living of a young couple. Despite the small area and the inability to interfere with the panel structures of the house, Viktoriia Aloshyna managed to place all the necessary functional areas: corridor with wardrobe, kitchen with dining area, compact bathroom, living room, and bedroom with main wardrobe and dressing table. The apartment also had a very long and large balcony, which was decided to be divided in half, forming a closed part with a place for rest and additional storage and an outdoor balcony for relaxing in the warm season.

To make the apartment functional and visually clean, every corner is used for closed storage as much as possible. The construction of a podium bed in ​​the bedroom area by the window and a wardrobe form a single cube, which visually separates the bedroom space from the living room.

In general, the interior is done in light colors with the addition of olive accents. The gray-beige walls contrast with the white elements, which are complemented by wooden floors and textiles of natural shades

The main focus of the project is to bring as much as possible natural lights to the space, using natural materials with warm tones and make the apartment as open as possible.

Except for wood we used warm grey concrete floor and decorative plaster on effect walls to bring natural colors to the interior. The walls are mostly painted off white and become organic part of the general palette
