This coastal residential building, located along the breathtaking shoreline of Albania, represents a rare harmony between contemporary architecture and the surrounding natural landscape. Designed as an organic extension of the green terrain, the structure gently follows the contours of the land, blending seamlessly with the environment.
Its architectural form is inspired by the fluid motion of sea waves. The curved lines of the façade evoke a sense of continuous movement, while the exterior materials reflect the colors of the sea and the changing daylight. Balconies and terraces are strategically positioned to ensure every living space enjoys panoramic views of the coastline, while native greenery is integrated throughout the design—featured in green roofs and cascading vertical gardens that echo the natural slope of the site.
This is not merely a residence, but a daily living experience in perfect symbiosis with nature—where the salty breeze, surrounding vegetation, and gentle rhythm of the waves become an inseparable part of coastal urban life.
