Where Light Rests on Geometry
This residence represents a quiet harmony of horizontal form and material restraint, in which light slides across planar surfaces and shade nestles into sharp geometries. The building’s composition draws on the purity of volumes, where cantilevers and rectilinear slabs extend out as gentle gestures providing shelter and rhythm.
Fundermax panels with a concrete texture and timber alternate in dialogue, where the natural warmth of vertical wooden cladding wraps the central mass, introducing texture and a human scale to an otherwise monolithic volume. Glass mediates between interior and landscape, reflecting sky while visually integrating the garden. Transparency is handled with restrained from the expansive sliding doors on the lower level to the hidden apertures at the upper level. Space is allowed for privacy without forgoing openness.
Site integration is expressed through a gently terraced landscape that cascades toward a rectangular pool. A sequence of stone‐tread steps guide movement from interior to exterior without abrupt transitions.
Sunlight traces across the deep eaves and finds its way beneath soffits clad in timber. The light doesn’t just fall here, it dwells.
Characterized by a interplay of mass and void, opacity and transparency, the residence achieves a rhythmic composition in tension between privacy and openness. 📸

Fresco Cold Storage & Distribution Facility | This building doesn’t speak loudly, it speaks the language of rhythm, control, and restraint.
Its volumes are clear, legible, and honest in their function, yet avoid falling into industrial clichés.
A composition with a strong linear character, defined by two interlocking volumes forming an “L” shape — where the administrative block becomes the public face. Rather than concealing the facility’s technical nature, it softens and articulates it with intelligence.
The façades, structured with vertical elements, create a quiet rhythm of light, shadow, and transparency. The brise-soleils are not merely sun-shading devices, but intrinsic to the building’s identity.
The palette?! Earthy, natural, and restrained. Nothing feels imposed.
This is a building that understands its time, proving that even a cold storage facility can be designed with care, sensitivity, and vision.
It speaks of efficiency without sacrificing elegance, of order without monotony.
An architecture that conveys calm, contextual respect, and a sincere material honesty.
