The architectural concept of  ORYON Living, is defined by a stepped massing strategy, creating generous terraces that cascade upward and transform the building into a vertical garden. These planted balconies soften the urban scale while providing residents with private outdoor spaces and enhanced visual comfort. The composition balances solid and void through a rhythmic façade system, where warm-toned cladding is contrasted with light structural frames, establishing depth, texture, and a refined contemporary character.
