Me shume knaqesi ju prezantojme projektin tone te rradhes i cili u punua me shume perkushtim; me nje arkitekture moderne dhe levizjet ne fasade te cilat jane te frymezuara nga malet perreth e bejne nje projekt unik ne forme.
Per shkak te parceles e cila nga kuota zero kishte disnivel 14m e beri mjaft sfidues por u projektua dhe dizajnua ne ate forme qe nga te gjitha anet te kete qasje ne objekt duke minimizuar dhe eleminuar shkallet.

Nje tjeter vecori e objektit eshte ‘City Hotel’ ne mes te objektit i cili i jep edhe me teper arkitekture dhe forma moderne objektit.
