Here at MPI homes, our garden offices offer a comfortable extension to your home working environment.
As standard, our offices are insulated with quality materials and the doors and windows are UPVC double glazed, ensuring the office’s functionality for year round use. The exterior cladding is fully pressure treated and the flooring is both smart and hard wearing to protect it from our Great British weather.
Our office is carefully thought through to offer you comfort in your new space. You can expect the following specifications:
- 14 square metres (150 square foot)
- The price is for the product, fully installed, subject to our terms and conditions, meaning that there is no need to find a builder or electrician. We take care of it all. No complicated installation manuals!
- Can be handed with doors either side.
- Deck structure not directly in contact ground preventing rot. We use ground screws but could supply with feet if installer would rather install a concrete base in
- All cladding fully pressure treated not just dipped.
- Double glazed UPVC doors and windows (can be grey internally and externally as an optional extra)
- Fire resistance inner walls
- Moisture resistant floor and walls
- Polyurethane insulation throughout, not cheap polystyrene or rockwool.
- Covered entry platform with 2 x downlights
- 3 x double sockets with 1 with USB ports
- Wi-fi controlled 1250w smart heater. Control the heat in your office from anywhere (subject
to a wifi connection being available)
- 1-piece GRP roof, finished on site, ensuring no leaks.
- Smart and very hard-wearing vinyl plank wood effect floor.
- Electrical work tested and certificated by a qualified electrician.Inside there will be 3 sets of double sockets and a USB port to keep electrical components running. Interior heaters are also WIFI controlled allowing you the luxury of controlling its temperature from anywhere and enabling you to heat up the space before going out. Exterior features include Double glazed doors and windows and fully treated cladding. Our offices do not come directly in contact with a concrete pad so as to prevent rot. Instead, as standard, we use ground screws, though we can
supply the office with ‘feet’ should you prefer. To protect from the wind and rain, our single piece GRP roof which is finished on site, ensures no leaks.
