"Corey with Wired Audio and Video LLC came out to help with what I thought would be a straightforward cable run across the house for a new Wi-Fi access point placement. What I ended up getting was far more than someone just there to pull cable.
Corey brought real-world knowledge and experience regarding Wi-Fi access point placement, signal challenges, and the kinds of hidden issues that can turn a “good idea on paper” into a poor implementation in reality.
Rather than simply doing exactly what I initially requested, he took the time to evaluate the situation, organize a practical plan, and propose an alternate solution that ultimately worked out far better for the environment and placement needs. In the end, we achieved a cleaner and more effective setup while still only requiring a single cable run.
What stood out most was that Corey wasn’t trying to upsell unnecessary add-ons or push extra services. His focus was clearly on doing what was right for the customer and implementing only what was actually needed.
If his level of effort and professionalism on a relatively small consultation is any indication, I can only imagine the quality of work he delivers on larger audio/video or cabling projects.
