Fresh pickles! Recipe(s) 👇
This recipe will make enough brine for 2, 4 cup jars

Brine
2 cups of white vinegar
2 cups of water
3 tablespoons of chunky sea salt

Each jar will fit about two medium size cucumbers

Recipe 1 (dill pickles)
Half a tablespoon of black peppercorns
3 to 4 small branches of dill
A pinch of red pepper flakes
Three garlic cloves with roots removed

Recipe 2 (salt and spice) - my favorite
Half a tablespoon of black peppercorns
Two big pinches of red pepper flakes
Half a tablespoon of mustard seed
Three cloves of garlic with root ends removed
