🚀 🚀 APPROVED: Transforming a Surbiton Home

We’re thrilled to share another successful approval—this time for a ground-up reimagining of a Surbiton residence!

The brief called for a complete facelift, addressing the home’s asymmetrical gable and modernising its appearance. Now, we’re preparing the technical design work to bring this vision to life—construction kicks off later this year!

Our design delivers:
✔ A spacious single-storey rear extension with open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space.
✔ A harmonised façade that respects the Conservation Area’s character.
✔ Clever spatial planning to maximise every square metre.

Striking the perfect balance, we’ve honoured Surbiton’s heritage while crafting a home fit for contemporary living.

Exciting News from Loughton, Essex! ✨

We’ve secured planning permission for another stunning project, immediatley next to one of our recently completed projects! Conmpleting the attached pair.

This design continues our signature architectural aesthetic, while standing out from its neighbour.

A key highlight? Our client loved their existing kitchen, so we repurposed this —relocating it deeper into the heart of the home. Providing a more open, flowing space with seamless garden access.

The result? A brighter, more functional home with dramatically improved flow.

A closer look at our custom TV unit, designed for our project in Hutton, Essex.

We paired soft mint cabinetry with warm timber cladding to create a calm, cohesive feel that brings the outdoors in. The natural wood not only adds texture and warmth but also ages beautifully, adding character over time. 🌿

Thanks to the open-plan layout and large windows, natural light floods the room, making it feel fresh and inviting from every angle.

The rear extension of our project located in Ealing, West London, is taking shape beautifully! The ground floor extension stands proud, with creativly pitched roofs angled to minimise height to neighbouring boundaries, whilst providing a unique and attractive design for our clients.
Progress is moving swiftly, and we are excited to share that the gardens feature spa pool has now been craned into postion ready for the finishes to encasulate it!

Planning Approved! ✨

Following detailed planning negotiations, this bold reimagining of a bland 1970’s home has been approved! A stunning two-storey rear extension, significanlty improves floor space whilst giving the house identity, a key factor for why our clients appointed us.

The project includes demolition of an existing single storey extension and conservatory, to create a spacious, open ground floor leading straight to the garden. Upstairs, four generously sized bedrooms—including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite—plus and complete rework of the street facing elevation to complete the transformation. Throwback to our Milford on Sea project!

This double-fronted Victorian villa sits on a generous plot with a large south-facing garden and an existing swimming pool. Despite its charm, the existing house felt disjointed from the garden, and the layout was cramped and impractical in places. For example, navigating through a small reception room with three doors—leading to a shower room, kitchen, and main entrance hall—was far from ideal.

We took the time to sit down with our clients, understanding their aspirations for how they wanted to live, entertain, and make the most of this exceptional location. During our discussions, we discovered the house was in a local conservation area, which helped shape our design approach.

The result? A seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, speaking the same design language. The garden was transformed into a luxurious entertainment zone, with the existing pool given new life.

It’s all about creating spaces that inspire and connect.
