What is your comfort food?
Having a rough day or don’t feel just right? My parents would make me Poached Eggs on toast. My husband makes it for me now. The Poached Eggs are served on buttered toast, in this case Rye Bread, and sprinkled with paprika. Salt isn’t necessary as there’s plenty of it in the butter. This was dinner, so my honey gave me 3 eggs.
