We are now offering pressure washing services. $50 off for the first 10 people who sign up. Decks, driveways, porches, even that siding turning green because that side of the house doesn’t get much sun.

A little mix up of before and after pics of a porch and sidewalk rehab that was just completed. Thousands drive by this home every day and the homeowner was so thrilled, she actually cried when she came out to see its completion. Seeing its condition before, it’s easy to understand some emotion.

Ugly old ceiling fans removed, new smooth operating ones installed in under an hour. Remote controls allow for lights where only expensive rewiring would have previously. $150.

I was asked to build a new mantle and surround around this otherwise very plain fireplace. The homeowner did what I think was a nice job painting the bricks. I pulled off the stone mantle and built it without enough spacing between the horizontal boards. So I went back, used a different design and hopefully make her happy. (She’s still at work and has only seen pics.) She’s happy or I’m doing it again. No compromises from me.

This residence suffered damage when its awning was torn off due to heavy snowfall, which was partially attributable to improper installation. We removed the existing awning (photos in a previous post), collaborated with the homeowner and insurance company, and constructed a new awning. The homeowners are thrilled with the added height and appearance. A few screws and a little caulk in the morning and that’s a wrap.

After adding circuitry for a pool pump, breakers and a GFCI began to trip. The homeowner decided to have the panel changed to a 200 amp. New wire from the meter in and plenty of space for things like a pool pump now.
