Situated along the coastline of Reebok, this contemporary beachfront residence was designed around uninterrupted 180° ocean views, with all five bedrooms oriented towards the horizon.

Defined by double-volume spaces, expansive glazing, and a refined contemporary form, the home establishes a strong connection between architecture, landscape, and sea. Internally, a carefully curated palette of warm tones and natural textures introduces a sense of comfort and sophistication, providing a subtle counterpoint to the restrained exterior expression.

House Wagner | Completed

Located within the natural setting of Outeniquasbosch Wildlife Village, House Wagner presents a contemporary interpretation of Cape vernacular architecture. A restrained palette of natural tones allows the home to settle quietly into its landscape, reflecting the estate’s emphasis on architecture that responds to its environment.

Carefully framed sight lines open toward the surrounding landscape, while generous glazing maximises natural light and strengthens the connection between interior spaces and the estate beyond.
