So. After sitting so long in the open many parts went missing and need restoration. Attached photos show new main gear up and down locks as well as badly corroded main gear bearing. This is what we are contending with at the moment...

Dreamwings is a project where I want to raise $1mil for the disabled veterans around the world. How - by flying around the world in an adapted Seawind.

Exciting times have arrived! Seawind moved to Brakpan airfield. Ivan van der Schaar has volunteered to give the aircraft a look over with the intention of finishing it.

I need or rather would like to find a possible alternative / replacement for the Seawind. Currently looking a one of 3 namely - Ikacrus, A22 Foxbat, Savannah. Any other affordable aircraft that is accessible?? PS I am not a Microlight fan at all at the moment. Need something to be able to take 1 extra pax, a wheelchair and an overnight suitcase.
