This experience has led us to reevaluate our policies. Secondly, while we strive to be reasonable with our call-out fees, we have found that some individuals tend to take advantage of our services. Consequently, we have decided to limit our radius to 15km, with no call-out fee, and charge a fee for distances exceeding 15km, inclusive of VAT. Please be assured that we are a legitimately registered business through SARS. Our operational structure comprises two quotation days per week, when our team will be unavailable for site visits. They will not attend sites on Saturdays and will allocate three days per week for on-site work, unless otherwise agreed upon with clients. The remainder of the CDM team will be available to assist with other tasks. We encourage you to contact us for even the smallest repairs, as this is the core of our business, and we are committed to providing you with excellent service. However, we respectfully request that you only reach out to us if you are genuinely interested in our services, as it can be frustrating for us to be left uninformed about your needs. Please note that our quotes are obligation-free, and we offer discounts for pensioners and loyal clients who trust us to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, discounts are available when clients supply materials or parts, and when we provide the necessary materials.
