Hello hope you doing well.. we are from united security academy. We would like to spread a word and ask for help as our youth is struggling with job finding and that is mostly caused by lack of skills and qualifications so on that note we've came up with an idea that we will go around asking for donations or rather funding so that they can study security and get certified and proper training so we need help like organizations, NPO's and ext so please please this is for South Africa as you know that not all of us has family member that can pay for us sometimes nobody is even working at home I mean on higher institutions we have NSFAS and all other funding companies so please let's talk to our councilors, leaders and unemployment forums that's there or anyone you know within your community that can help. I come in peace but I think now it's the right time to break the silence, we are moving towards festive season. A very difficult time for us security officers. But yet we are not given enough credit. Officers we are not taken serious most us are under paid, robbed salaries, mistreated, unfair dismissal, some don't even have guard rooms on site. We risk our lives but still we are not given credit. A security officer arrests someone credit goes to SAPS. A security officer dies there's no parade, no gun shots we are not saluted like they do with police officers. We are not taken serious guys. Our brothers and sisters have certificates with valid Psira but they are not working employers hires people with no papers. I say we need and right now we demand a serious union that will help us and fight for us this is beyond we demand our credit we go to work everyday not knowing if we will make it back. 🫂 💪 Union For Officers👮
