Renovations Project...

Client had stipple walls and wanted a smooth skimmed finish. Walls was skimmed, Prep & Primed. Client used their own painter for final finish.

Existing ceiling boards was in a bad condition and replaced / skimmed. Colonial cornice was installed to provide a modern feel and look.

Additional plug points installed in all bedrooms as per clients configuration.

Bedroom cupboards installed in a white satin wrap (shaker style finish), Client provided own design/ layout.

All interior doors has been removed and replaced with plain panel type doors. New hinges and locks installed.

Existing oregan pine floors has been refurbished by clients preferred flooring company. Results came out great.

Overall Projects END Results came out amazing as always and client extremely happy with finishers. 😊

Bedrooms & Passage refurbishment. This was phase 2 of our project. Newly skimmed walls with fresh white paint, mid sheen finish. Bedroom ceiling replaced/ skimmed and existing downlights replaced with dimmable Led's. Bedrooms and passage floors screeded to fall level with rest of home and ready for vinyl click flooring installations. Bedroom cupboards replaced and all final fitments installed, curtain railings & picture frames. Results came out amazing and customer extremely happy. Customers final touches made the project Perfect all around.😀
