While on patrol in Northern Paarl during the early hours of this morning, shift supervisor Roland Fortuin came across a field fire in the area. He managed to make contact with the fire department who arrived shortly thereafter and extinguished the fire before damaging any property or causing injury to any person.
Well done to armed response supervisor Fortuin for his vigilance and thank you to Drakenstein Fire for their quick response.

While on patrol yesterday evening, armed response officer Isaacs was alerted to a motor vehicle accident nearby where several occupants were injured. He immediately made to way to the scene with the assistance of officer Sikhephe.
Officers Isaacs and Sikhephe attended to the injured until the ambulance services arrived. They then assisted in traffic control to prevent any further accidents from occurring.
Thank you to our local armed response officers Isaacs and Sikhephe for looking after our communities and going beyond the call of duty.
We wish the victims a speedy recovery.

Back from leave and ready to hit the road running again with great things coming this new year.

While on patrol in Paarl this past Sunday afternoon, armed response officer Isaacs received a call from a client informing him that his vehicle broke down along the side of the road. Officer Isaacs responded to the call for help and managed to assist the client with a tow truck. Officer Isaacs stayed with the client until the tow in service arrived, ensuring that he remained safe.
Well done to officer Isaacs for ensuring that we continue to serve and protect the residents of Paarl.

Yesterday morning our local armed response units were out and about in Northern Paarl and surrounds ensuring that we keep the community and area safe as this is our commitment to the residents and farmers of Paarl.
Later the afternoon myself and my team had the opportunity to support the opening of the new Engen on Main Rd Paarl and welcome our client to the Fidelity ADT family.

While on patrol yesterday afternoon, shift supervisor Roland Fortuin came across a stranded vehicle on the N1 just after the Paarl turn-off.
Officer Fortuin stopped to see if he could lend a helping hand.
It turns out that the vehicle had a flat tyre with no spare. Officer Fortuin assisted the member of the public to get the tyre to the nearest repair centre to have it fixed, and sent the happy driver back on his way again.
Well done to Shift supervisor Roland Fortuin for going beyond the call of duty, because we care about the community we protect and serve.
