All new Alliance Inverter Installation R32 Gas. It was a bit challenging but it all came together afterwards. Double drywall wall fixed to existing exterior wall .

Relocate condenser unit with all.new hatdware A full Annual service on 4 Inverter x units and R410A Top ups. Ready for the heatwave in February

A full Annual service done . Units were extremely dirty. One unit was very low on R410A gas . Pumped down and redone flares.
All indoor units completely stripped down and used indoor cleaner and out door cleaner on coils with a good rinse with clean fresh water.
Regas units plus top up on one.

Replaced 3 fingers , rrmoved the sponge filter blocks and removed the filter. Washed it out completely and re-installed .
Added Glass filter medium.
Cleaned weir , rinsed for 60 seconds until water runs clear . Back washed 1min and rinsed 30 seconds . Circulation good

All done in a day Removal of old garage door , A new ET Garage door motor fitted with two hand held remotes, A single Zincalum Bronze finish sectional garage door to match existing a good clean up and a 18m Double plug point installed from DB Board
